Printing Machine Operator (Heidelberg 6 Color)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Offset Printing Machine Operator with hands-on experience on Heidelberg 6 Color offset printing machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality print output while ensuring efficiency, safety, and minimal wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Heidelberg 6 Color offset printing machine
• Set up jobs according to production specifications
• Ensure color consistency, registration, and print quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Minimize paper and ink wastage
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
• Meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience operating Heidelberg 6 Color machine
• Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and color management
• Ability to handle different paper stocks and print jobs
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Team player with a responsible and professional attitude
