The Opportunity

Megacom is looking for an experienced Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating digital printing machines, sublimation printers, hybrid (direct) printing machine and will be responsible for producing high-quality prints and ensuring machines are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing machines.
• Load and unload various materials onto the printing machine (e.g., fabrics, banners and flex)
• Monitor the printing process to ensure high-quality prints, including colour accuracy and material alignment
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during printing, minimizing downtime
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of printing machines and associated equipment and area
• Calibrate the printing machine regularly to ensure accurate colours and consistent print quality
• Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience operating digital printing machines.
• Experience with digital roll to roll, flat bed and sublimation machines required
• Basic knowledge of colour management and print preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
