Private Banking Key Clients Portfolio Manager (3774)

  • Develop and leverage an in depth understanding of Key clients’ needs within the private banking by assessing customer needs and conducting customer surveys to be able to provide high competitive range of product and service
  • Build and lead a best in class customer experience, demonstrating the ability to understand the technical, social and emotional values that have critical business significance.
  • Market the full range of products & service to Private Banking clients’ segmentation and contribute effectively in achieving the Private Banking budget while identifying and meeting customer needs
  • Manage and increase the portfolio by acquiring NTB private banking customers and cross sell EG-Bank services and products to existing and prospective customers
  • Handling all Private Banking customers’ inquiries and complaints and ensure resolving them efficiently within the set TAT while delivering a consistent and tailored private management service to Private Banking clients and developing a long term, in depth client relationship.
  • Analyze portfolio performance statistics to better understand customer behavior and plan for future activities with a continuous focus towards helping the client to adapt to changes in personal circumstances and financial environment.
  • Review daily inflows/outflows of the assigned portfolio to retain clients and avoid losing funds
  • Respond positively and diligently to colleagues and coordinate and communicate effectively with the Branches and support units to ensure that customers’ requests are processed timely and effectively.
  • Follows all relevant approved department’s policies, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Private Banking department and assigned Branch to ensure continuity of work.
  • Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EG Bank policies and code of conduct to maintain EG Bank’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalence.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in any retail field preferred exposure with portfolio management
  • Proven record of building relationships and closing business
  • Successful track record of sales and aggressive targets achievements
  • Experience in Retail & Customer Service areas is a must.
