Private Caregiver

We are currently seeking reliable, dedicated caregivers who take their responsibilities seriously and are committed to providing high-quality care to seniors.

Dependability is essential. We expect all team members to show up as scheduled and communicate professionally. This is not the right fit for individuals who frequently call out, miss shifts, or create last-minute emergencies. Our clients depend on consistency, and we uphold that standard.

We are looking for caregivers who:

• Are responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
• Genuinely care about supporting seniors with compassion and respect
• Are comfortable working with bed-bound clients (additional pay provided)
• Want to grow with a company that values strong work ethic and integrity

Compensation increases based on client care needs, with higher pay available for more involved cases.

If you are dependable, hardworking, and truly passionate about caregiving, we would love to have you on our team. If reliability is a challenge, this position will not be a good fit.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
