Private Chef - Specialty Chef

4-year culinary degree or equivalent formal culinary training - MANDATORY

• Level 3 - Food Hygiene & Safety (Supervisors)

• Level 2 – Allergy Awareness

• Level 2 – HACCP

• Safe Chemical Handling

Private chef experience in a VVIP household preferred

• Experience in a 5* Hotel or a high level restaurant or Michelin Star Restaurant or Private

Residence MANDATORY

• International living and working essential MANDATORY

• Has worked in teams with more thank 6 chefs, the ability to work on your own and as part of

a team

• Must have a proven CV for their positions over a period of time i.e.; progressed up the ranks

- not started in a kitchen and 12 months later is an executive chef with no formal training

• If a Western specialty chef – must have apprenticeship papers. MANDATORY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• ARABIC CUISINE: 3 years (Required)
• Hotel or a high level restaurant or Michelin Star Restaurant: 3 years (Required)
• Private Residence AS CHEF: 3 years (Required)
• Western specialty chef : 3 years (Preferred)
• knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines: 3 years (Required)
