Pastry Chef

  • Prepare, bake, and present a variety of Arabic sweets and pastries with authentic flavors and modern twists.
  • Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal dessert menus to enhance guest experience.
  • Ensure all baked goods meet high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage ingredients inventory, minimize waste, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate pastry preparations with the overall dining experience.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
  • Multi-task efficiently during busy service periods, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in pastry arts and Arabic sweets to keep our offerings innovative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • HOSPITALITY: 1 year (Required)
