We are seeking a Private Client Continuity Manager to oversee and coordinate ongoing client care following completion of our retreat program.

This is a high-touch, client-facing role requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage complex logistics with calm precision.

Role Summary

The Private Client Continuity Manager serves as the primary point of contact for select clients, ensuring seamless coordination of services across multiple providers.

This role is responsible for managing all scheduling, communication, and logistical aspects of ongoing care while maintaining a polished, composed presence with high-net-worth clients and their representatives both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for private clients post-program
• Coordinate and manage scheduling across multiple providers and disciplines
• Ensure all aspects of client care are organized, aligned, and executed seamlessly
• Communicate professionally and concisely with clients, families, and providers
• Anticipate needs and proactively manage logistics and timelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Provide clear internal updates and escalate only when necessary

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience working with high-net-worth or private clients strongly preferred
• Background in private client services, concierge medicine, luxury hospitality, or family office support
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Calm, composed, and professional communication style
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without constant direction
• High level of discretion, judgment, and personal accountability

Compensation

• Competitive salary: based on experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
