Private Club - Server/Bartender * part-time *

Bar & Grill, Dining Room, and Private Event service

THIS IS ALL W-2 INCOME – this is not a cash-paying position

We are seeking passionate front-of-the-house professionals with proven experience serving and/or bartending to join our team. Responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality service to our members and their guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills, and a solid work ethic are important qualities for our team members. As a small operation, we require dependable and punctual employees. Previous Club experience a plus.

Currently looking to fill weekend shifts from Thursday through Sunday.

$12.77 Training Pay – no tips – 4 to 5 shifts should be enough to complete the training.

$4.00 per hour + guaranteed 20% tips thereafter – pooled tips across a 2-week pay period based on the total hours worked to ensure no shifts get shortchanged for being slower.

Lowest 2025 pay was $23+ per hour

$50+ cash tips on average weekly, in excess of payroll

Shift meal included and a discount on meals to go.

Pay: $12.77 - $28.00 per hour
