Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial modelling (DCF, LBO, comparables), valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments
  • Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and stakeholders
  • Support portfolio management, monitoring performance, and value creation initiatives
  • Collaborate on deal sourcing, structuring, and execution

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • CFA candidates will be preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or strategy consulting
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling (Excel), valuation techniques, and tools like Bloomberg
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Saudi/GCC markets is a plus; fluency in English and Arabic is required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
