Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial modelling (DCF, LBO, comparables), valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments

Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking

Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and stakeholders

Support portfolio management, monitoring performance, and value creation initiatives

Collaborate on deal sourcing, structuring, and execution
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

CFA candidates will be preferred

3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or strategy consulting

Strong proficiency in financial modelling (Excel), valuation techniques, and tools like Bloomberg
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Knowledge of Saudi/GCC markets is a plus; fluency in English and Arabic is required
