Key Responsibilities

• Source proprietary deals via networks, conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and lead negotiations from thesis development to closing.
• Oversee portfolio companies for operational improvements, growth strategies, and exits; manage LP relationships and fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate on firm strategy, recruit talent, and ensure regulatory compliance in regional markets like Bahrain.

Required Qualifications

Requires 15-20+ years in PE, investment banking, or related fields, with a track record of $100M+ deals and an MBA/CFA preferred. Strong GCC networks, especially Bahrain/Manama, are essential.
