Summary:
Manage the full product lifecycle for private label beauty and personal care products — from concept to launch. Drive innovation, profitability, and brand alignment through strategic planning, development, and execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product concepts based on market trends and gaps.
  • Lead end-to-end development with R&D, packaging, and suppliers.
  • Manage timelines, cross-functional coordination, and documentation.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide product strategy.
  • Define pricing, manage costing, and ensure profitability.
  • Support marketing with product positioning and launch assets.
  • Monitor product performance and lead lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 5–9 years in product/brand management (beauty or personal care).
  • Experience with private label or contract manufacturing preferred..
  • Excellent project management, analysis, and communication skills.

Success Metrics:
On-time launches, profit margins, sales vs. forecast, customer feedback, supplier efficiency, and innovation pipeline.
