Private Office Executive - Aman Middle East

Role
We are seeking a personable and highly organised Private Office Executive to join our team in the Middle East, based in Dubai. As the front-facing representative of the Aman brand, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our clients, residence owners, and Amanjunkie (VIP guest) communities, ensuring that every interaction reflects Aman’s philosophy of unparalleled service and human connection.

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Private Office – Residences EMEA, this role bridges client relationships with operational excellence, overseeing the execution of Aman Private Office benefits, retention programmes, and sales support across our growing portfolio of hotels and residences in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Aman brand by overseeing daily operations of the corporate regional office and sales gallery, ensuring seamless logistics and support for sales and marketing teams.

  • Act as the primary liaison between UHNW buyer prospects and Aman’s Middle East residences and hotels.

  • Manage inbound sales leads, lead verification, and timely follow-ups across time zones using CRM systems (Salesforce, Peoplevine, Monday).

  • Provide buyer and lead segmentation insights to refine targeting by geography, profile, and channel.

  • Support the preparation of monthly sales and marketing dashboards and reporting packs for internal teams and developer stakeholders.

  • Analyse campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI to optimise high-value outreach.

  • Maintain governance documentation, checklists, and milestone trackers to ensure accuracy and alignment.

  • Develop and update market intelligence packs on luxury residential trends, competitor benchmarks, and pricing.

  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to refine messaging and audience targeting using data-driven insights.

  • Assist in preparing corporate presentations, marketing reports, and Salesforce outputs.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in client relations within the luxury sector.

  • A graduate degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Ideally also speak Arabic, which would be a strong advantage.

  • Highly organised, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Sociable and amiable, able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data-led insights and recommendations.
