POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Private Sector Engagement Specialist is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening partnerships with private sector entities to support organizational programs, initiatives, and strategic objectives. The role focuses on identifying collaboration opportunities, mobilizing resources, and creating sustainable partnerships that deliver mutual value and measurable impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Private Sector Engagement Specialist will support the project in:

  • Monitoring activities related to career preparations
  • Support in the completion of the monthly preparation reports
  • Support in events when required

Another Responsibilities:

  • Track student completion of activities and requirements and ensure that the student monitoring database is up to date.
  • Communicate with students when needed.
  • Draft program documents including announcements, advertisements, success stories, and report components.
  • Participate in review and screening of student scholarship applications
  • Organize and follow up on training logistics and procurement of books and program materials.
  • Maintain attendance records for trainers and use to compile trainer payment requests on a monthly basis.
  • Collect student attendance from trainers to track attendance and participation.
  • Prepare flairs, complete reports on student activities and certificates and other documents for special events.
  • Maintain program files and documentation in an organized manner
  • Coordinate logistics with universities as needed.
  • Attend Employment fairs and events
  • Keep record of and follow up on cost share documentation requests
  • Arrange for meetings
  • Perform other tasks as requested.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline such as education or business.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent English and Arabic proficiency
  • Organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for youth development
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Preferred:

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated experience with program administration or project management
  • Time management skills.
  • Minimum TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent
