PRIVATE VILLA HOUSE MANAGER (EMIRATI FAMILY)

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Female Private Villa House Manager to oversee the household operations for a prominent Emirati family in Dubai. This pivotal role requires a professional with a proven track record in managing private residences and leading domestic staff to maintain the highest standards of household management.
IMPORTANT: Only candidates with extensive experience specifically within private villas or Emirati family homes will be considered. Applications from individuals with experience solely in cleaning companies, hotels, or corporate environments will NOT be accepted.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in the UAE, exclusively within private villas or family residences.
✅ Demonstrated experience working for local Emirati families is an absolute MUST.
✅ Strong leadership and supervisory experience in managing and guiding a team of household staff (maids, cleaners, etc.) within a private villa setting.
✅ Exceptional ability to manage all aspects of daily villa cleaning, organization, maintenance coordination, and staff duties to impeccable standards.
✅ Proven expertise in maintaining the high levels of discretion, privacy, and service quality expected in prestigious private family homes.
✅ Female candidates only.
✅ Must be fluent in English (proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage).
✅ UAE driving license preferred.
✅ Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of household staff, ensuring efficient and harmonious operation.
Oversee daily cleaning, laundry, and organizational tasks, maintaining meticulous standards throughout the villa.
Manage household inventories and supplies.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Ensure the privacy and comfort of the family at all times.
