General Responsibilities:
- Meet with existing clients to develop advisory plans and provide explanations of investment strategies
- Clearly communicate financial concepts to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Handle strategic client questions in person, via video conference or in written response
- Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios, making adjustments as necessary to align with clients’ goals and market conditions.
- Master multiple systems to ensure a successful, compliant, and service-orientated client experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, financial plans, and recommendations.
- Effectively communicate with the team, prioritizing time-sensitive tasks
- Follow established processes within the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Seven or more years’ experience in wealth management or related field
- Fully securities licensed with Series 7, 66 (or 6 and 63), and SIE
- Life, Accident & Health insurance licensed
- CFP® designation preferred, or willingness to obtain it
- Strong understanding of tax law
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work with high level of focus
- Strong organizational & time management skills with ability to set priorities & meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Efficient communicator with both clients and team members
- Others-focused attitude to maximize team strengths and support positive firm culture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
