We are preparing for our official med-spa launch in May 2026 and are seeking a highly skilled, motivated Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to grow with us in this next phase.

The Opportunity

This is a PRN, 1099 independent contractor role designed for a Nurse Practitioner who values flexibility, autonomy, and performance-based earning.

You will work on an appointment-only basis — no required coverage hours, no idle time — with compensation directly aligned to the clinical services you perform.

This role is ideal for a provider who:

• Has an existing position and is seeking supplemental income
• Is confident, efficient, and patient-focused

Initial Scope of Services

• Neuromodulators (Botox / Dysport)
• GLP-1 weight loss consultations and prescribing
• IV hydration therapy

Additional services and advanced treatments will be introduced over time based on experience, demand, and mutual alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Good Faith Exams (in-person and/or telehealth as appropriate)
• Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer neuromodulators and IV therapies safely and effectively
• Prescribe and manage GLP-1 weight loss programs
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and leadership team

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Per-patient / per-encounter compensation
• Paid for each clinical service performed
• No guaranteed hours or unpaid time
• Compensation structure designed to be competitive and scalable as patient volume grows

Scheduling & Flexibility

• Work only when patients are scheduled
• No required shifts or standing hours
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (PA)
• National certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year of aesthetic or relevant clinical experience
• Experience with neuromodulators and patient consultations
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred

• Experience with GLP-1 programs
• IV therapy experience
• Prior med-spa or aesthetic practice experience
• Comfort working in a growth-stage environment
