PRN Nurse Practitioner

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and possess a strong background in various medical procedures and treatments.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform specimen collection processing with accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed
- Assist in discharge planning and patient education
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management
- Provide healthcare services to individuals with developmental disabilities

Requirements:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Proficiency in working with patients with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and aseptic techniques
- Experience with eClinicalWorks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to stay updated on current healthcare practices and advancements

Pay: From $75.00 per hour
