Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant to join our healthcare team on an as-needed/fill-in basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care at our Title X clinic. Your expertise will support our mission "To provide compassionate care and education within a supportive environment," and deliver exceptional healthcare services, ensuring comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment plans. Duties
- Demonstrates flexibility in helping to fill in for absent practitioners, or to help during high volume work flow.
- Ensures clinical compliance with state and federal laws, guidelines and regulations; maintains clinical records and improves efficiency and functionality of Electronic Medical Records system.
- Assists in the implementation of the clinic strategic plan.
- Demonstrates continuous improvement philosophy (self and others).
- Is knowledgeable about national, state, and local issues affecting sexual and reproductive health and is proactive about these issues during meetings and other times as needed.
- Respects confidentiality of patient records, treats patients with respect and care without bias.
- Seeks and accepts guidance from the Executive Director and other clinic medical professionals.
- Facilitates teamwork.
- Delivers patient centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service.
- Works in respectful, supportive and collaborative ways with patients and interdisciplinary team.

- Provides patient birth control information, STI and pregnancy testing, education, and counseling.
- Ensures continuity of care including documentation of patient charts within 24 hours of contact.
- Ensures infection control guidelines are always followed.
- Promptly follows up with patients as needed.
- Adheres to the spirit of the LRH mission at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current DEA license
- Wyoming Nurse Practitioner’s license
- BLS Certification
- 3 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting, preferred.
- 1 year of experience in reproductive health, preferred.
- Must pass criminal background check.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk and be able to maneuver in small areas
- Possess gross and fine motor skills
- Occasionally sit, bend or kneel.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit or stand to type for documentation purposes.
At will position, PRN as advertised.
Pay: $54.00 - $63.00 per hour
