Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Public Relations Officer to manage compliance and communication with government authorities. Key responsibilities include processing visa and labor work permit renewals, handling driving license and health card renewals and maintaining official company documents. The ideal candidate will liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations, process local amendments, and address legal issues related to company registrations. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of labor laws are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Submit all visa and labor work permit renewals to the Labor Office and Immigration Department.

Process renewals of driving licenses and labor health cards with the Traffic Office and Health Department.

Renew official company documents (e.g., trade license, chamber of commerce registration, CR, traffic department permits, municipality approvals, customs clearance).

Liaise with authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Coordinate local amendments with relevant authorities.

Handle government interactions related to the buying, selling, or leasing of land/property.

Manage trade license renewals.

Stay updated on labor-related changes affecting visa processing.

Support legal issues related to company registrations.

Communicate with government institutions regarding fines, penalties, or inquiries.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Qatar.

Working knowledge of Qatar labor regulations and governmental authorities.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Exceptional communication and writing skills in both Arabic and English.

Extensive experience in Public Relations/Communications.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
