JOB PURPOSE:
The role’s key responsibility is to obtain and maintain the necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for our operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Trade Licensing:
· Assist renewal of trade licenses and issuance of new licenses in adherence to regulatory timelines>
Power of Attorney (POA) Arrangements and Memorandum of Association (MOA) Adjustments:
· Facilitate POA arrangements as requested, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
· Coordinate adjustments to MOAs.
Permits for Promotions and Events:
· Assist in securing permits for promotional activities as requested by divisions.
· Facilitate the acquisition of permits for events organized by divisions, addressing all necessary requirements and approvals.
Ministry of Health (MOH) Licensing and Regulatory Updates:
· Assist divisions in obtaining and renewing MOH licenses by visiting the MOH for any issues facing the divisions.
Responsible for liaising with the RTA:
· Visit the RTA as needed.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
· Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or relevant field.
· Minimum Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a PRO role in the UAE.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
· Job Specific: Ability to manage daily office operations, and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics as required. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal staff, and external stakeholders. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
· Generic Skills: Strong organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and commitment to providing excellent service.
