Job Title: PRO & Administration Supervisor
Location: Al Ain / Ajman / Sharjah (as applicable)

Job Purpose:
To oversee all government relations, administrative operations, and facility support services, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations while managing company documentation, licenses, employee services, transport, and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:1. Government Relations (PRO)
- Manage all activities related to Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), Immigration, Labour, and other UAE government entities
- Process employment visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, medicals, and cancellations
- Ensure timely renewal of visas and permits to avoid penalties
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and typing centers
2. Trade License & Legal Compliance
- Handle issuance, renewal, and amendments of Trade Licenses across mainland and free zones
- Ensure all company licenses, permits, and registrations are up to date
- Coordinate with legal advisors for company documentation, agreements, and compliance matters
3. Free Zone Coordination
- Manage all documentation and requirements related to Free Zone Authorities (if applicable)
- Process company setup, visa allocation, lease agreements, and renewals within free zones
- Liaise with free zone authorities for inspections, approvals, and updates
4. Customs & Logistics Documentation
- Coordinate with UAE Customs for import/export documentation
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations for shipment clearance
- Handle documentation such as Bill of Entry, export declarations, and approvals
- Liaise with clearing agents and logistics partners for smooth operations
5. Administration & Office Management
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations across offices and sites
- Manage office supplies, vendors, contracts, and service providers
- Ensure proper record keeping and document control
6. Employee Accommodation (Camp Management)
- Oversee staff accommodation (camps), ensuring hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Manage room allocations, maintenance, and utilities
- Coordinate with camp supervisors and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor accommodation standards
7. Transport & Drivers Management
- Supervise company drivers and vehicle usage
- Plan and manage staff transportation routes and schedules
- Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance are up to date
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle logs, and driver performance
8. Vendor & Facility Management
- Coordinate with service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance)
- Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance
- Ensure facilities are maintained in line with company standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in PRO/Admin roles
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, customs, and licensing
- Experience working with Free Zones and Mainland entities
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
