  • Assist the PRO in handling all government-related documentation and transactions.
  • Support in applying for and renewing:
  • Employment visas (new, renewal, cancellation)
  • Emirates IDs and medical fitness tests
  • Labour contracts and work permits
  • Trade licenses (new, renewal, amendments)
  • Prepare and submit applications to government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, etc.).
  • Follow up on the status of submitted applications and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all company-related legal documents.
  • Track expiry dates for visas, licenses, IDs, and other permits.
  • Assist in compiling reports for management on government transactions and renewals.
  • File copies of all receipts, applications, and official correspondence.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by handling their visa and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth completion of employee government formalities.
  • Schedule and arrange medical tests, Emirates ID appointments, and visa stamping.
  • Support in employee visa cancellations and end-of-service formalities.
  • Support the PRO in visiting or communicating with:
  • Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE)
  • General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)
  • Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP)
  • Dubai Municipality / Abu Dhabi Municipality
  • RTA, DEWA, Civil Defense, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
  • Assist in collecting and submitting required documents to relevant departments.
  • Ensure the company complies with UAE Labour Law, Immigration Law.
  • Stay updated on changes in government procedures, fees, or online systems.
  • Support in renewing company and branch licenses, establishment cards, and insurance documents.
  • Prepare letters, forms, and supporting documents for government transactions.
  • Help with data entry and uploading files to government online portals.
  • Arrange for translations, attestation, or notarization of official documents when needed.
  • Handle company mail, courier, and document deliveries to and from government offices.
  • Coordinate between employees, HR, management, and external authorities.
  • Maintain good relationships with government officers and service centers.
  • Support in scheduling appointments for PRO visits and document submissions.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and online systems (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital submission portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
