- Assist the Public Relations Officer (PRO) in handling government-related documentation and approvals.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications for visas, work permits, labor cards, trade licenses, and other official documents.
- Coordinate with government departments, embassies, ministries, and other authorities as required.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for all employee and company documents.
- Support in renewals, amendments, cancellations, and attestations of official documents.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collect, organize, and verify required documentation from employees and departments.
- Monitor deadlines and notify the PRO of upcoming renewals and expirations.
- Assist in resolving issues or delays related to government processes.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Provide general support to the PRO and HR/Admin team as required.
