PRO cum HR Coordinator

PRO Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organize all employees visa applications, work permits, contracts and all employee official paper work.

- Handle all documentation with ADLSA

- Arrange all health certificates and vaccination for all employees

- Pick up new employees from airport to accommodation

- Organize periodic renewal of companies’ CR, trade license, computer card, amendment on CR etc.

- Organize periodic renewal of company buses and company car’s registration as well as stickers’ license on company buses

- Occasionally deal with property managers or maintenance companies for maintenance issues with regards to employees’ accommodation and Spa branches

- Represent the company at locations such as the Police Station, Airports, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities, Lawyers and other significant departments

- Occasional delivery of packages and transportation of employees

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PRO and HR management or a senior HR role and .

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.- -

- Solid knowledge in obtaining visa, work permits, new contracts, and all related employees’ paper work

- Strong background of Qatar Labor Law and always keep updated of all new laws

- Must be Arabic speaking and knows English as well

- Good verbal and written communication in Arabic and English

- Must be flexible according to work schedule with proven ability to work under pressure and challenging circumstances

- Good administration skills

- Valid Qatari Driver’s license
