Public Relations Officer (PRO) Duties:

  • Handle all governmental transactions related to employee visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, residency permits, medical tests, and renewals.
  • Liaise with immigration, labor department, economic department, municipality, and other government bodies as needed.
  • Manage company trade license renewals, amendments, and other relevant legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with Free Zones and Mainland authorities (e.g., DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, DMCC, JAFZA) for company and employee-related matters.
  • Ensure timely processing of all documents to avoid fines and penalties.
  • Keep up to date with changes in UAE labor and immigration laws and advise management accordingly.

Legal Officer Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice to management and departments on commercial, employment, and corporate matters.
  • Ensure company policies and practices comply with UAE laws.
  • Represent the company in legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel where required.
  • Maintain a database of legal documents, renewals, and case files.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare reports as needed.
