PRO cum HR Assistant

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PRO cum HR Assistant to support our HR team and company operations. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience in both HR and PRO functions. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate HR documentation, smooth employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and efficient handling of government-related processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Support in salary computation, payroll preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in the hiring process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and monitor employee leave records, overtime, and attendance system.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, etc.) as required.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

PRO Duties:

  • Handle government-related tasks such as visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medicals, and labor cards.
  • Coordinate with government entities (Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, etc.) to ensure compliance.
  • Keep updated with UAE labor law, visa regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other legal documentation.

General Duties:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and HR/procedural requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify areas to streamline HR and PRO processes for efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR and PRO-related functions within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
