Job Title: PRO PM Manager MEA region - Siemens Grid Software

Location: Dubai, UAE or Kuwait City, Kuwait

About the role:

Siemens Grid Software is driving the digital transformation of power systems across the globe. As Zone Head of Project Management, you will be the regional PM authority — accountable for the governance, performance, and delivery of a complex, multi-country project portfolio. You lead with discipline, build high-performing teams, and create predictable outcomes for customers across the Middle East and Africa.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Strategic & Portfolio Leadership

• Own end-to-end portfolio governance — performance, financials, quality, and delivery KPIs
• Drive delivery readiness during bid and contract award to protect margin and prevent scope creep
• Act as the regional PM authority, setting the bar for execution standards
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Ensure consistent application of PM@S processes aligned with Global PMO standards
• Drill into critical or at-risk projects and lead recovery where needed
• Coordinate closely with operations and support functions to meet delivery commitments
  
  

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as senior escalation point for customers, partners, and external stakeholders
• Build customer confidence through structured engagement and predictable project outcomes
  
  

People & Resource Leadership

• Optimize capacity planning — ensure the right PMs and competencies are in place
• Build a high-performance, accountable project culture across the zone
• Identify capability gaps and actively develop talent
  
  

Financial & Risk Management

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and portfolio financial performance
• Ensure compliance with legal, EHS, and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or comparable technical discipline
• Proven senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility across large, complex project portfolios
• Deep understanding of power utility automation, digital solutions, and EPC-based business models
• Track record of leading multidisciplinary, cross-regional technical teams
• Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills at executive level
• Professional certifications preferred: PMP, PM@S, Six Sigma / Black Belt
• Fluent in English — Arabic language skills are a significant asset
