We’re a growing probate & estate planning firm in Marietta serving clients with compassion and clarity. Small, sharp team (6 full-time, 2 part-time). Low-drama, high-ownership culture. We educate clients, move cases forward, and do it the right way.

The Role

Primary focus: probate litigation (uncontested + contested), including guardianship and conservatorship matters. You’ll handle discovery, motions/briefing, hearings, and client strategy. Depending on needs, you may also contribute to estate plan design and client counseling.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a probate litigation docket; develop case strategy and timelines
  • Draft and argue motions; manage discovery end-to-end
  • Prepare clients for mediation/hearings; appear in court
  • Collaborate with paralegals and leadership to keep matters on track
  • Optional: assist with estate planning design and reviews

What You Bring

  • Active Georgia license
  • 2+ years in practice (4+ preferred)
  • 2+ years probate litigation (discovery, motions/briefs, court appearances)
  • Excellent writing, meticulous attention to detail, and deadline discipline
  • Client-first communication, positive outlook, team mindset
  • Goal-oriented and proactive in moving cases forward

Nice-to-Have (not required): trust administration, business formation/dissolution, estate planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
