Probate Litigation Partner

10 plus year attorney needed to work in the probate, guardianship and trust litigation with experience in related administration of estates, trusts and guardianships.

Candidates should be an experienced litigator having first chaired trials and one who enjoys the courtroom. Having worked in probate/fiduciary litigation is preferred. A small book of business is needed along with the willingness to help others in the probate/fiduciary litigation section.
