Probate Paralegal

The ideal candidate for this probate paralegal position will have:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with probate;
  • Knowledge of the probate process from start to finish;
  • Experience with wrongful death estates;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor;
  • A high capacity to multi-task and remain organized;
  • The ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Preparation of pleadings and correspondence;
  • Communication with clients, referral sources, and other parties;
  • Filing of pleadings and recording/tracking time entries;
  • Coordinating telephone calls and hearings;
  • Scheduling appointments;
  • Performing various administrative work required to organize and maintain electronic files (copying, scanning, faxing, etc.)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
