Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Probing & Grouting Machine Operator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating probing and cement grouting rigs for geotechnical and foundation works.

The operator will be responsible for executing subsurface probing and pressure grouting activities to support airport foundation and ground improvement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate probing and grouting rigs for subsurface investigation and cement injection works.
• Perform vertical drilling/probing to required depths (e.g., 10m+ or as per engineering design).
• Execute pressure grouting, cement injection, and ground improvement procedures.
• Monitor grouting pressures, volumes, and injection rates.
• Assist in soil sampling and borehole preparation when required.
• Maintain accurate daily drilling and grouting logs.
• Ensure proper equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance.
• Follow strict safety procedures, especially for airport or high-security sites.
• Coordinate with geotechnical engineers and site supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience operating probing and/or grouting rigs.
• Proven experience in:
• Cement grouting
• Pressure injection
• Ground improvement works
• Foundation preparation
• Experience in airport, infrastructure, or large civil projects preferred.
• Ability to interpret basic site drawings and instructions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and heavy equipment operation.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in construction environments.

Preferred

• Experience on airport runway or aviation-related projects.
• Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Valid heavy equipment operator certification (if required by country).
• Experience with jet grouting or compaction grouting (advantage).
