Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Piling Rig Operator to operate and maintain piling rigs for foundation and infrastructure projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience in operating rotary piling rigs and executing piling works safely and efficiently as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently.
• Execute bored piling / CFA / foundation piling as per approved method statements.
• Conduct pre-start equipment inspection and routine maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Riggers during lifting and drilling operations.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards and company HSE policies.
• Monitor drilling depth, alignment, and stability during operation.
• Maintain daily equipment logbook and report any mechanical faults immediately.
• Follow instructions from site management to meet daily productivity targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Piling Rig Operator.
• Experience in foundation and infrastructure projects.
• Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License (preferred).
• Good knowledge of piling methods (Bored Pile / Rotary Drilling / CFA).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions.
