Job Requirements
- First point of contact for Quality activities within projects.

Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System & Customer specific processes in projects

Define the right processes for the project based on the nature of development – Waterfall, Iterative, Bug fix, Agile Scrum etc.

Preparing quality metrics to internal management and customer
-
Perform Quality and Information Security Audits and publish the audit reports.

Ensure release readiness (process verification) during external release
-
Support Project Team during external Certification and Customer audits
-
Perform Root Cause Analysis for issues and escalations

Conduct process trainings
-
Knowledge in Models and Standards (ISO, ASPICE, CMMI)
Work Experience
- Engineering Degree
-
Knowledge in Software Engineering Processes
-
Expertise in Quality Models and Standards (ISO 9001 and CMMI )

Knowledge in ASPICE is an advantage
-
Good Communication Skills
-
Expertise MS Office
