Process Analyst Supervisor
T he position holder drives data-based performance management across operations, overseeing KPI analysis, visualization, and reporting to support strategic planning (e.g., ASP, OLs). They ensure timely data consolidation to enable informed decision-making and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as LCO, IWS, and Kaizen. In this role, the individual maintains robust data systems, enforces daily routines, and facilitates regular performance reviews. They guide teams in problem-solving using tools such as Why-Why, UPS, IPS, and IDA. Additional responsibilities include managing the Innovate suggestion system, coordinating ASP planning, ensuring accurate month-end closing, and promoting operational excellence through 5S and full compliance with legal and JTI standards.
Position:
Performance Management & Reporting
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting across production.
Analyze production and machinery data, identify performance gaps, and prepare performance presentations.
Facilitate monthly performance meetings and ensure accurate month-end closing (stock reconciliation, production order validation).
Generate reports following global standards and ensure timely data submission.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Support continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S3R, TPM, Kanban, IWS, LCO).
Lead ASP preparation and coordination activities.
Promote lean practices and waste elimination aligned with IWS principles and the COTF program.
Conduct h ealth checks and ensure timely updates of action plans.
Training, Coaching & Capability Building
Deliver on-the-job training and orientation for process improvement tools.
Clearly define and communicate responsibilities across teams.
Support the P&C department with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on 2M gap analysis (Man & Method).
System Administration & Data Integrity
Administer GSC systems: INNOVATE, GSCA KPI, GSCA Machinery, MDC, and SmartMDC.
Ensure data coherence and integrity across p roduction .
Participate in system development meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
Suggestion Management & Engagement
Manage the Innovate suggestion system and ensure effective follow-up and implementation.
Encourage employee participation and lead coaching to improve suggestion KPIs.
Sustain a recognition system to enhance engagement and innovation.
Requirements:
Technical or Engineering degree, or higher education in Business-related studies.
Strong knowledge and experience in general management, production technologies, process improvement, data analysis, quality standards, safety management, and cost/budget control.
Proven leadership and motivation skills with the ability to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Arabic and Business English, both written and spoken.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with IWS, LCO, Kaizen, problem-solving tools, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
