Process Analyst – Technical Support

Role Summary

We are hiring customer-focused professionals for a Voice-Based Technical Support Analyst position. The role involves reaching out to customers who have raised technical concerns and assisting them through effective troubleshooting and resolution. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working in a fast-paced support environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connect with customers via outbound calls to address reported technical issues.
  • Analyze customer concerns to determine the cause of technical problems.
  • Explain solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
  • Assist customers step by step to resolve issues during the call.
  • Use internal systems and support tools to document cases and track progress.
  • Ensure accurate logging of interactions, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when issues require additional support.
  • Perform follow-ups to confirm successful resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality standards and follow organizational guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Clear communication skills and confidence while speaking on calls.
  • Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
  • Patience and professionalism when handling customer concerns.
  • Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Prior experience in voice support, helpdesk, or customer service is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and call-handling tools.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
  • Any technical or customer service certification will be an added advantage.

Educational Preference

  • Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
