About the Role

• Analyze, model, and improve end to end business processes across the bank,
• Identify opportunities where process optimization can significantly boost efficiency, quality, profitability and customer satisfaction,
• Assess current processes and identify improvement areas,
• Design ‘to be’ processes and provide strategic recommendations,
• Develop action plans to implement recommendations line with external regulations, risk and compliance policies,
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process management,
• Monitoring of sector developments and opportunities continuously and considering their impact during process management.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration,
• 5 - 6 years of banking experience, preferably Audit, Process Management or Process Improvement experience,
• Experienced in using SQL language and ARIS process management tool,
• Good command of MS Office programs especially MS Excel and PowerPoint,
• Very good command of English both written and spoken,
• High degree of analytical mind, focus on details, strong business follow-up,
• Enthusiastic, quick learner, adaptive to changes,
• Can communicate effectively in teamwork,
• Follows innovations and adapts quickly to change,
• A proactive and solution-oriented professional who contributes to the corporate culture.
