Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to manage and monitor the smooth flow of internal business processes. This role involves coordinating multiple workflow steps, ensuring timely execution, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required (training/support will be provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track each stage of business and project workflows.
• Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
• Share relevant updates and information with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation and follow-up on pending actions.
• Pay close attention to details in day-to-day operations.

Skills Required

• Pleasant personality with polite and cooperative behavior.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of SDLC concepts (Requirement, Development, Testing, Deployment).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Should be residing within 45 minutes of travel time from the office.
• Non-technical background accepted.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to process-driven work.
