Role: Process Counsellor - Admissions Partnerships

Job Summary

The Process Counsellor - Admissions Partnerships will manage the end-to-end admissions process for students applying to partner universities. The role involves reviewing student profiles, coordinating applications, guiding students through offers and visa processes, and ensuring a smooth and structured admission journey. The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Review student documents and prepare university shortlists in coordination with the Operations Head.
• Manage the complete application process, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely submissions.
• Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
• Track application progress and follow up with universities for decisions and outcomes.
• Communicate application updates clearly to students and guide them on next steps, including offer acceptance, fee deposits, accommodation, and visa requirements.
• Assist with visa documentation and ensure all required documents are verified and complete.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Head regarding application status and student progress.
• Request and manage student feedback and Google reviews post-admission.
