Thermal Power Plant Process Design Section Head

As part of our current and strategic expansion in Europe and Middle East and the launch of our new Engineering Hub in Dubai, we are seeking a highly experienced Thermal Power Plant Process Design Section Head to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee basic and detailed design of main plant components: Gas Turbines, HRSGs, and Steam Turbines
• Design and specify Balance of Plant (BOP) systems for Combined Cycle & Cogeneration Power Plants
• Prepare prefeasibility (Pre-FEED), FEED, and process design-related tender documentation
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ASME, API, HIS)
• Evaluate performance guarantees and associated liquidated damages from a contractual perspective
• Utilize process calculation and equipment sizing tools effectively
• Lead and manage remote teams and outsourced engineering partners

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in power plant process design
• Strong technical background in Combined Cycle Power Plants
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary and remote engineering teams
