Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Accounts Receivable!
In this role we are looking for someone with experience in F&A delivery including Cash posting, Billing generation and who can come up with ideas for improving the process further.
Responsibilities
- Process and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on sales agreements, contracts, and service orders.
- Verify billing data/related documents for completeness and accuracy, including pricing, discounts, quantities, and taxes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing structures, and billing policies to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Handle billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding invoices and payments.
- Perform regular reconciliations between billing records, sales orders, and customer contracts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Update and maintain customer information, billing terms, and payment preferences in the billing system.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing procedures.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments and working with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
- Relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Good English language skills (verbal and written)
- Exposure in working on ERPs like SAP, Oracle etc
- Ability to learn fast and independent functioning to meet the given targets
