🛠️ Job Overview

The Process Engineer provides technical leadership across refining and petrochemical units to drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations. You’ll analyze process data, perform root-cause evaluations, and implement optimization strategies in distillation, hydroprocessing, and reforming systems.

This role partners with field operators, control-room staff, and reliability teams to improve throughput, reduce energy intensity, and ensure environmental compliance. You’ll also support debottlenecking studies, catalyst selections, and turnaround planning using advanced process simulation tools.

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering (advanced degree a plus)
• 5–10 years of refinery or petrochemical process experience
• Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Petro-SIM, or similar simulation software
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, mass balance, and unit operations
• Familiar with PHA/HAZOP and MOC processes
