Job Purpose:
The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to achieve higher production rates, efficiency, and quality The role designs, develops, and implements new methods, systems, and best practices to enhance overall productivity and cost-effectiveness of operations
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output
- Perform process simulations, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility and impact of process improvements
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, operating instructions, and training materials to ensure consistent and reliable manufacturing procedures
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to production teams
- Monitor production data, variances, and cost reports, and recommend adjustments to minimize errors and production issues
- Update the manufacturing database to reflect accurate costing information based on market raw material prices
- Collaborate with CPD (Product Development) and CSD (Customer Service) teams to produce accurate product and spare parts catalogs
- Assist in planning and layout of factory operations to optimize workflow and maximize productivity
- Analyze technology system inputs, outputs, and bottlenecks to identify opportunities for performance improvements
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support organizational objectives

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
