Key Responsibilities

• Improve and optimize production processes to reduce waste and minimize time, effort, and cost.
• Develop, update, and maintain process sheets for all machines and workstations.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure full compliance with process standards and specifications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
• Create and manage operation timelines to increase productivity and efficiency across the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the home appliances industry is a strong advantage).
• Knowledge and practical experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
