Job Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and organize process operating data from refinery and petrochemical units.

Analyze key process inputs including pressure, temperature, flow, composition, AIT, flash point, H₂S and ammonia concentration, and other safety-critical parameters.

Support corrosion rate estimation and material degradation assessments for equipment, piping, and pipelines.

Work closely with process, materials, and reliability engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and clarity.

Understand technical summaries, data sheets, and engineering documentation as per workflow requirements.

Review deliverables of young engineers.

Participate in review meetings and provide support to clients.
Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Strong understanding of refinery and petrochemical unit operations.

Analyze key process inputs including pressure, temperature, flow, composition, AIT, flash point, H₂S and ammonia concentration, and other safety-critical parameters.

Support corrosion rate estimation and material degradation assessments for equipment, piping, and pipelines.

Ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, and equipment design documents.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to handle and analyze large datasets.

Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and strong data discipline.

Team-oriented with good coordination skills.

Ability to work under minimal supervision while delivering high-quality output.
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Chemical Engineering

Minimum 7 years of work experience in any manufacturing facility (Continuous process) - Refinery/ Petrochemicals/ Fertilizers/ Chemicals background is preferred.
