Minneapolis, MN | Full-Time | Onsite
 $100-$135k with a 10% bonus

About the Opportunity

We’re supporting a major beverage manufacturing facility seeking a Process Engineer to drive plant optimization, improve production efficiency, and support ongoing technical and capital projects. This role is hands-on, data-driven, and essential to improving operations, troubleshooting issues, and executing process improvements across the facility.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased plant efficiency.
  • Support equipment research, upgrades, and technology evaluations.
  • Monitor performance, collect data, and analyze results to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with developing and executing test plans for process improvements.
  • Work on small and large capital projects, including budgeting, documentation, and vendor coordination.
  • Review engineering drawings, scopes of work, and project documentation.
  • Perform engineering calculations and cost/benefit analyses.
  • Assist with plant start-up, commissioning, and compliance testing.
  • Support operational procedures related to safety, efficiency, and reliability.
What They’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of process engineering or manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Experience with AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Background in aseptic operations or Tetra Pak systems (preferred).
  • Experience supporting capital projects and project management.
  • Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
  • Solid understanding of GMPs, SOPs, FDA/USDA/OSHA regulations.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and project-management abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendors/contractors.
