We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Injection Molding to oversee and optimize injection molding operations, ensuring efficient production, consistent product quality, and continuous process improvement.

Plastic Packaging Manufacturing
Caps & Closures Manufacturing
Tube & Tube Components Manufacturing
PET Preform Manufacturing
FMCG Packaging Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize injection molding processes and machine parameters
Monitor production efficiency, quality, and material utilization
Troubleshoot machine, mold, and process-related issues
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
Reduce scrap, waste, and cycle times through process improvements
Maintain production records and process documentation
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Train and guide machine operators on SOPs and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering
5–7 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding Operations
Strong understanding of molds, machines, materials, and process control
Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (ISCC PLUS exposure will be an advantage)
Good leadership and team management skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hour
