  responsible for driving operational excellence, capital planning, and process innovation across the Engine and Genset manufacturing value chain. The Manager will be the primary driver for implementing next-generation assembly tools and lean manufacturing practices.
 
   Key Accountabilities
  
- 
    Process Strategy & Implementation:
   
 - 
    Establish best practices
   
   for new assembly tools, fixtures, and facility layouts using market research.
  
 - 
    Manage all process planning, design, and monitoring
   
   activities to optimize production flow.
  
 - 
    Plan and execute effective Layout changes,
   
   including the design of storage and material handling to promote
   
    Lean manufacturing

    Financial & Resource Management:

   Prepare and execute
   
    CAPEX and Revenue budgets
