About the Role

We are looking for a Process Engineer (Shift Specialist) to join our team at the Adana Yumurtalık Free Zone plant.

This role involves supporting both the Production and Plant Manager to enhance process efficiency and ensure the smooth operation of our production systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the production plant under the guidance of the Production and Plant Manager.
• Participate in the development and implementation of process enhancements to improve efficiency and output.
• Support the design and optimization of key production processes, focusing on thermal processing and rotary kiln operations.
• Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
• Help in ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and quality management requirements.
• Aid in conducting monthly reports on production metrics and process improvements.
• Support training and communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Assist in customizing production processes to align with customer requests and order specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a production environment.
• Familiarity with thermal processes and rotary kilns is highly advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and manage project timelines effectively.
• Strong adaptability and skills in managing changes in a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance relevant to occupational safety and environmental standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new software and technologies.
• Good command of English, with ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Adana.
• Willing to be working in shifts.
