To strengthen our technical leadership team, we are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to oversee process design, improvement, and execution.

Role Overview

The Process Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading process engineering activities, managing technical teams, and ensuring that operations meet performance, safety, and quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across complex industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering design, development, and optimization initiatives.
• Oversee process safety management and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for process engineering projects.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Mentor and guide process engineers and technical staff.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading process optimization and improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of process simulation tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in safety management and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
