Role Objective

Motorox Gear LLC is looking for a strategic Process Engineering Manager to oversee our manufacturing and operational workflows. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and quality. This role bridges the gap between high-level engineering strategy and daily floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing production workflows and implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Department Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and technicians, ensuring departmental KPIs are met.
• Project Management: Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and the implementation of automated systems from the West Bay headquarters.
• Operational Excellence: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all engineering activities comply with international safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Quality Assurance departments to troubleshoot bottlenecks and enhance product durability.
• Budgeting: Manage the engineering department’s CAPEX and OPEX budgets, providing monthly performance reports to the Executive Director.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. A Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery sectors.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and statistical analysis tools (Minitab).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work in a multicultural corporate environment.
